We, the members in good standing of the Vancouver United Sports Club, and eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Vancouver United Sports Club, hereby unanimously agree that the Notice period of 30 days as mandated by Bylaw 3.A, reduced to 7 days, and we unanimously allow the Executive Committee of the Vancouver United Sports Club to hold its Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2016, and at the place notified in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.

We also unanimously allow Executive Committee of the Vancouver United Sports Club to put forward any resolution for consideration and voting by the Members at the said Annual General Meeting.
